Delivery Timeframe
You should expect to receive your order in approximately 5-10 business days from purchase depending on the location of your delivery address from our business and courier shipping times. If you have not received your order within this timeframe please contact us at hello@bohemiahome.com.au and we will be more than happy to assist you to track your order and update you.

Damaged Goods In Transit
If your purchase has arrived damaged please contact us within 48hrs at hello@bohemiahome.com.au and attach clear photos and a description of the damage so we can investigate. If a package if damaged on receiving the delivery please take pictures before opening the package. 

International Shipping
We currently only deliver purchased items from our website within Australia.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that a purchased item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
